Kitchen Pass is a single-player cooking puzzle game. There is no account, no sign-up and no login. This policy explains what the app stores, what the third-party components in it receive, and how to get in touch.
We do not ask you for your name, email address, phone number or date of birth, and we do not operate a server that stores your gameplay.

This data never leaves your device except through the backup your own operating system may make (iCloud or Google backup), which is controlled by your device settings, not by us. Deleting the app deletes this data.
The third parties listed in section 3 receive technical data from your device as part of serving ads and processing purchases. That is described there.
Only to run the game: to remember where you are, to apply what you bought, to show or stop showing ads, and to respect the settings you chose.
We do not sell data. We do not build advertising profiles ourselves. We do not use the data to contact you.
Serves rewarded and interstitial ads and the ad networks behind them. To do that it receives technical and device data such as your device model, operating system version, coarse region, IP address and, where you allow it, your advertising identifier. We pass Yodo1 your privacy choices: children's treatment is set to off (this app is not directed at children under 13), GDPR handling is enabled, and the personalised-ads flag follows the switch in the app's Settings screen. Processes and restores in-app purchases. It receives an anonymous customer identifier that it generates, your purchase receipts and basic device and store information. It does not receive your name or payment card details; those stay with Apple or Google. RevenueCat privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
Schedules reminder notifications on the device itself. It sends nothing to any server, and there is no push service in this app. You can turn notifications off in your device settings.
Apple and Google also process your purchase as the sellers of record, under their own privacy policies.
This app shows ads. Rewarded ads are always optional — you choose to watch one in exchange for a reward — and interstitial ads can appear between levels. Ads never block you from playing.
In-app purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play and processed through RevenueCat. We never see or store your card details. Restore Purchases is in the Shop screen. Because there is no account, restoring works through the store account you bought with.
Kitchen Pass is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Children's/COPPA treatment is switched off in the ad mediation, meaning the app is not declared as a child-directed service. If you believe a child has provided personal information, write to indeagamesstudio@gmail.com and we will act on it.
Game data lives on your device for as long as the app is installed. Deleting the app deletes it; there is nothing for us to delete on a server, because we do not run one.
To ask about data held by the third parties above, or to request deletion, email indeagamesstudio@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days and pass the request on where it applies.
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or limit the use of personal data, and to withdraw consent for personalised advertising. Email indeagamesstudio@gmail.com to exercise any of these.
If this policy changes we will update the effective date above and publish the new text at the same address. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
